  • 1 4.16oz smoked boneless honey ham or any kind of smoked boneless ham
  • 1/4 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend or regular brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp reduced sodium soy sauce or Coconut/Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  1. Unwrap the ham and rinse under cool water, then place the ham in a 5 quart or larger slow cooker.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, stir together the brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined and no lumps remain.

  3. Brush the sauce on to the ham in the slow cooker, place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook on low 7 hours or high 5 hours.

  4. Once cooked, remove carefully using two forks (one stuck in the front side and one in the back side of the ham) and place on a large serving platter.

  5. Slice the ham into 1/4 inch thick slices and then spoon the sauce and juice that remains in the slow cooker over the ham.

  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

My 4lb ham yielded 10, 1/4 inch thick slices. Using a larger or smaller ham will change the serving size depending on how thick or thin the slices are cut.
