  • 4 salmon filets frozen or thawed, skinless or skin-on

Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 heaping tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp ground pink Himalayan salt


  1. Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and place the salmon filets on the pan.

  3. Combine all ingredients for the creamy garlic sauce and stir until well combined.

  4. Spoon the sauce over the filets until they are covered evenly.

  5. Place the salmon in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the flesh of the salmon is juicy and flaky.

  6. Remove from oven and serve with any desired sides. Enjoy!
