Naan Bread Breakfast Pizza

  • 1 California Lavash Naan Bread
  • 1 heaping tbsp crushed tomatoes
  • 3 eggs scrambled
  • 5 cherry tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4 green bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup American/Colby blend cheese shredded


  1. Spread the crushed tomatoes out evenly over the Naan bread.

  2. Scramble 3 eggs and spread them out evenly over the layer of crushed tomatoes.

  3. Wash and sliced the cherry tomatoes into rounds, then wash and dice the bell pepper.

  4. Sprinkle the tomatoes and bell pepper over the top of the pizza.

  5. Finally, add the shredded cheese and spread it out evenly over the top of the pizza.

  6. Bake at 375F for 8-10 minutes or until the Naan bread is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

  7. Remove from the oven, cut into slices, and serve with your favorite hot sauce drizzled over it.

Recipe Notes

TIP: When scrambling the eggs, add in a dash of salt and pepper for seasoning, along with a splash of cold water. The cold water will make your scrambled eggs light and fluffy! 


TIP 2: A variety of toppings can be used for this pizza including sauted mushrooms, fresh baby spinach, diced onion, jalapenos, bacon, sausage, sliced black olives, diced avocado (added after the pizza is cooked), as well as shredded cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella cheese. You can also use salsa or hot sauce in place of the crushed tomatoes for the pizza sauce.
