Easy Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

  • 12 oz frozen chopped spinach
  • 10.4 oz canned whole artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Italian Blend cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder


  1. Preheat oven at 350F.

  2. Drain the artichoke hearts, then pour into a small mixing bowl and chop into smaller pieces with a biscuit cutter or a meat muddler (or use a knife to chop into smaller pieces). 

  3. Place the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl and heat in the microwave until completely softened.

  4. Use a spatula to stir it until it is smooth and creamy, then add in all other remaining ingredients.

  5. Stir until well combined, then spray an 8x8 round, oval, or square casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

  6. Spread the dip mixture out evenly into the pan, smoothing to make it even, then place in the oven and bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until it is completely heated through and the cheese is completely melted.

  7. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
