Clean Baked Meatballs

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well mixed.

    2. Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and roll meatballs into 10 large rounds and place onto the baking sheet.

    3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until cooked through. 

    4. Top with marinara sauce and enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

Lean ground beef can be replaced for lean ground turkey, ground venison, or ground bison.
