  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast frozen or thawed
  • 14.5 oz mild tomatoes with green chilies not drained
  • 26 oz healthy cream of chicken soup
  • 1 packet Onion dip & soup mix
  • 12 oz elbow macaroni cooked
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups French Fried Onions

  1. Place the chicken in a casserole (9x13) sized slow cooker or in a 4 quart or larger slow cooker.

  2. Add in the mild tomatoes with green chilies (do not drain!), cream of chicken soup, and the onion soup mix.

  3. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 5 hours or low 7 hours.

  4. About 15 minutes before the cook time is complete, boil the macaroni noodles on the stove according to package directions and until tender, then drain all water from the noodles.

  6. Stir the cooked macaroni in to the ingredients in the slow cooker until well combined.

  7. Spread the casserole out evenly in the slow cooker and top with shredded cheddar cheese and French Fried onions.

  9. Remove the lid and serve!
