Southern Style Chunky Chicken Salad

A creamy, delicious chicken salad filled with diced, roasted chicken, grapes, celery, and the amazing flavor of dill.

  • 2 cups diced roasted chicken breast
  • 1 cup diced seedless grapes
  • 3/4 cup diced celery
  • 2 heaping tbsp plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 heaping tbsp mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • ground black pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a medium sized mixing bowl and stir well.

  2. Serve the chicken salad immediately or store covered in the fridge.

Recipe Notes

This Southern Style Chunky Chicken Salad can be eaten in many ways, including made into a wrap using flat bread or lavash bread, spread onto sandwich bread of any kind, eaten with crackers, eaten by itself, or spread into a butter lettuce wrap.
