M&M Valentine Cookies

A delicious, fast, and easy chewy cookie recipe perfect for any Valentine's Day party!

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups self rising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 11.4 oz Valentine M&M's found down the Valentine candy aisle


  1. Preheat oven to 375F and spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl and add in the eggs, instant vanilla pudding mix, vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar and granulated sugar.

  3. Stir will with a spatula until smooth and no lumps remain.

  4. Add the flour in one cup at a time and stir between until well combined and no lumps remain.

  5. Once all of the flour is added, fold in the M&M's with a spatula or your hands.

  6. Make sure the M&M's are evenly disbursed throughout the dough.

  7. Scoop dough by teaspoon fulls and roll between your hands into a ball. Place the dough on the cooking sheet, about 1/2 -1 inch apart.

  8. Bake for 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  9. Immediately transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely before packaging up.
