A delicious, fast, and easy chewy cookie recipe perfect for any Valentine's Day party!
Preheat oven to 375F and spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Melt the butter in a large mixing bowl and add in the eggs, instant vanilla pudding mix, vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Stir will with a spatula until smooth and no lumps remain.
Add the flour in one cup at a time and stir between until well combined and no lumps remain.
Once all of the flour is added, fold in the M&M's with a spatula or your hands.
Make sure the M&M's are evenly disbursed throughout the dough.
Scoop dough by teaspoon fulls and roll between your hands into a ball. Place the dough on the cooking sheet, about 1/2 -1 inch apart.
Bake for 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Immediately transfer to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely before packaging up.
