Place the rice, water, and chicken broth in an Instant Pot pressure cooker and lock the lid into place.
Set the steam release valve to the sealing position and select the "rice" feature.
Once the rice is cooked, quick release the pressure by moving the steam release valve to the venting position using a long handled spatula or spoon.
Remove the lid from the Instant Pot and add in the diced chicken, diced cheese, butter, and seasonings.
