  • 2 cups jasmine rice uncooked
  • 3 cups water
  • 5 sprigs fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tsp Tajin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 lime juice only
  • 1/2 lemon juice only


  1. Place all ingredients into an Instant Pot pressure cooker and lock the lid into place. 

  2. Set the steam release valve to the sealing position and select the "rice" pressure cooking feature. 

  3. Once the cook time is complete, quick release the pressure by moving the steam release valve to the venting position. 

  4. Remove the lid from the Instant Pot and use a spoon or spatula to stir and fluff the rice before serving. Enjoy!
