  • 1 ripe banana peeled
  • 1 cup whole frozen strawberries
  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk or soy, cashew, or regular milk
  • 1/2 serving french vanilla vegan protein powder
  • 1 heaping tbsp peanut butter or 2tbsp PB2

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 avocado peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup fresh raw spinach


  1. Combine all ingredients in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth (about 2 minutes). 

  2. Pour and enjoy immediately!

This recipe creates 2 small smoothies or 1 large smoothie.
