  • 2 1/2 sheets California Lavash Naan Bread
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 medium sized heart shaped cookie cutter

Optional Garnishes:

  • Blackberries
  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Strawberries
  • Sliced Bananas
  • Raw, Unfiltered Organic Honey
  • Organic Maple Syrup
  • Organic Agave

Instructions

  1. Cut out heart shapes in the Naan Bread using a  heart shaped cookie cutter. You should be able to get 14 hearts depending on the size of your cookie cutter.

  2. Beat three eggs with the ground cinnamon and mix well.

  3. Spray a griddle or skillet with nonstick cooking spray and allow to heat on medium heat.

  4. Place the heart shaped Naan Bread in the egg wash, using a fork to poke the front and back so that the egg soaks into the bread.

  5. Place the Naan bread hearts onto the hot griddle and cook on both sides until the egg is cooked and the bread has risen and is no longer wet. (About 10 minutes total).

  6. Serve the Naan Bread French Toast with honey, agave, or organic maple syrup drizzled on top and garnish with your choice of berries or banana slices.
