Slow Cooker Mashed Potatoes

Delicious, creamy, and effortless mashed potatoes all made in the slow cooker!

  • 4 medium sized Russet Potatoes
  • 1 rounded tbsp light mayo
  • 2 rounded tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fat free grated Italian Cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat free milk
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • onion powder to taste


  1. Peel and dice potatoes and place in a 3 quart or larger slow cooker.

  2. Add 1 cup of water, cover, and cook on low 5 hours or high 3 hours.

  3. Once cooked, drain the water and mash potatoes with a potato masher.

  4. Add in all other ingredients, stir well and serve!
