An Old-Fashioned Oatmeal Pie that is similar in taste and texture to a Pecan Pie but completely nut free!
Beat eggs in a medium sized mixing bowl until completely blended.
Combine all other ingredients in the mixing bowl with the eggs and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a frozen deep dish pie crust.
Place a pie crust saver (or strips of foil) over the edge of the pie crust to prevent burning.
Place in the oven and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes or until cooked through.
Serve hot and enjoy!
