Peanut Butter Banana Green Smoothie

A delicious, well balanced green smoothie that is tasty and filling. Your kiddos will even love this one!

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 4 oz Vanilla Premier Protein Shake or 1 serving of the powder
  • 1/4 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp organic ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 cups power greens spinach, kale, bok choy, chard, (a combination of all or just one)
  • 1 tbsp all natural no sugar added peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and all greens are pureed. Serve immediately and enjoy!
