Low Calorie Strawberry Roll

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 1 qt strawberries
  • 6 oz fat free cool whip

Instructions

  1. Chop strawberries until some juice is present. Mix the angel food cake mix and the strawberries together until well blended.

  2. Spray a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour mix onto it.

  3. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

  4. Allow cake to cool completely and allow cool whip to thaw. 

  5. Spread the cool whip onto the cake mix and then gently roll like a jelly roll. 

  6. Remove from cooking sheet and serve immediately or place in the fridge to chill.
