Easy Spinach Dip

A delicious, chilled Spinach Dip that only takes minutes to make and is perfect for any party or occasion!

  • 15 oz frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Real Mayo
  • 1 1/2 cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 envelopes Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
  • 1/4 tsp garlic salt


  1. Soften the cream cheese then add in the mayo and Greek Yogurt.

  2. Beat the above ingredients until combined and smooth.

  3. Squeeze the spinach out with your hands to ensure that all of the water has been removed and drained off.

  4. Combine all other ingredients with whipped mayo, yogurt, and cream cheese, and stir until well combined.

  5. Place in the fridge to chill for 1-2 hours or serve immediately. 

  6. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, plantain chips, celery sticks, carrot chips, sliced cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, radish, or toasted baguette and enjoy!
