No Sugar Added Popsicles

Sweet and wholesome, toddler approved popsicles packed with fruit and veggies with zero sugar or sweeteners!

  • 16 oz Pure Prune Juice no sugar added
  • 2 very ripe bananas peeled
  • 16 oz frozen Whole Berry Medley
  • 3 cups fresh, raw, baby spinach
  • 14.5 oz canned, sliced carrots drained


  1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blend until completely smooth and pureed. 

  2. Spoon the mixture into popsicle molds, place in the freezer, and freeze until solid.

  3. This should take about 2-3 hours depending on how large you popsicle mold is.

  4. Run hot water over the bottom of the popsicle mold and gently wiggle the popsicle back and forth to remove from the mold.

  5. Enjoy!
