A fast and easy creamy, chilled, Peanut Butter Pie perfect for a summer time dessert.
Place the cream cheese, milk, peanut butter and cool whip in a large mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until all ingredients are well combined and no lumps remain.
Stir in the powdered sugar, then beat on medium speed again until well mixed.
Spread the Peanut Butter Pie mixture into the Oreo pie crust and then use the tip of the spatula to "whip" the top of the pie by using a light, brushing motion.
Drizzle the chocolate syrup over the top of the pie, then chop the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups into fourths and place in the center of the pie.
Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
