  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 lemon just the juice
  • 2 cilantro leaves & stems cut very fine
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Mrs Dash Chipotle Seasoning


  1. Slice open the avocado, remove seed and peeling. Place avocado in a small bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.

  2. Add in all other ingredients and stir well. Spread mixture over a slice of toasted whole wheat bread and enjoy!
