Ingredients

  • 1 28oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1 10.5oz can Rotel
  • 1 lemon just the juice
  • 5 stems & leaves fresh cilantro cut very fine
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend canned ingredients 5-7 seconds.

    2. Pour tomato puree into a large bowl and add all other ingredients.

    3. Stir well and enjoy! 

Recipe Notes

This salsa can be served at room temperature, warm, or cold straight from the fridge. Store covered in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
