Watermelon Wedgesicles

Ingredients

  • 1 small seedless watermelon
  • 12 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1.  Slice ends off watermelon and remove. Slice the watermelon into rounds and slice each round into fourths as you would a pie, to create 12 wedges.

    2. Using the tip of a sharp knife, cut a small square into the middle end of the rind area of the watermelon and notch the rind out slightly. 

    3. Insert the popsicle stick into the rind and gently push up so that the stick enters into the fruit area of the watermelon. Make sure about 1 1/2 inches of the stick is inserted.

    4. Place watermelon wedges onto a baking sheet and freeze overnight. Once frozen through, remove from freezer and enjoy!
