Cottage Cheese Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Whipped Topping thawed
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3.4 oz strawberry jello just the powder
  • 24 oz small curd cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and stir well. 

  2. Serve immediately or keep in the fridge. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Sugar Free Jello and Whipped Topping can be used along with fat free cottage cheese to create a lower sugar option. Fat free whipped topping along with fat free cottage cheese can be used to create a low fat option. Full fat and sugar ingredients can be used for the classic option. Please note: The crushed pineapple should be canned in pineapple juice - not pineapple syrup.
