A light and airy fruit salad that is perfect for St. Patrick's Day or Easter dinner!

  • 8 oz light or regular Frozen Whipped Topping thawed
  • 3.4 oz pistachio instant pudding
  • 20 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup small marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well. 

  2. Cover and place in the fridge to chill for one hour before serving. 

  3. Serve and enjoy!
