Creamy, cheesy, mashed cauliflower that will give mashed potatoes a run for their money!
Wash the cauliflower and remove the stems and leaves.
Place the halved cauliflower into a 2 quart or larger slow cooker and add just enough water to cover the cauliflower.
Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook the cauliflower on high 2 hours or low 4 hours.
Once cooked, drain all of the water from the cauliflower and use a potato mashed to mash it until smooth.
Add in the seasonings, cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise and stir well.
Serve hot and enjoy!
