In a large mixing bowl, mix together the eggs, Greek yogurt, and cake mix until smooth and no lumps remain.
The cookie dough will be extremely thick and sticky but that's the way we want it.
Once the dough is mixed well, fold in the chocolate chips until evenly disbursed throughout the dough.
Chill the dough in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 375F and spray a large cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
This dough will be wet and sticky so spray your hands with cooking spray or smooth some olive oil over your hands to prevent the dough from sticking to your fingers.
Scoop the dough by teaspoons full and shape as best you can into a ball and then place onto the cookie sheet. The dough will be too sticky to roll into a ball.
Bake the cookies for 9 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Transfer immediately to a wire cooling rack and allow to cool completely before packaging up.
