Easy Cheesy Vegetables

A delicious and simple cheesy vegetable side dish.

  • 29 oz Veg-all drained
  • 5.25 oz mild diced tomatoes with green chilies not drained
  • 7.5 oz Cheez Whiz
  • 12 crushed Ritz Crackers


  1. Spray a 8x12 or 8x8 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray, drain the Veg-all and pour into the casserole dish.

  2. Pour the mild diced tomatoes with green chilies in with the Veg-all and add in the Cheez Whiz.

  3. Gently stir the Cheez Whiz into the vegetables until well combined and spread the vegetable and cheese mixture out evenly into the casserole dish.

  4. Crush the Ritz crackers and top the veggie and cheese mixture with them.

  5. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until the dish is warmed through and the cheese is bubbling.

  6. Remove from oven carefully and enjoy!
