My husband who is an ice cream fanatic loves this Simply Scrumptious Berry Nice Cream as well so I considered this a win all around.
First, you want to start with beautiful fruit that’s frozen. The frozen fruit is what gives this nice cream it’s ice cream-like quality and texture.
I used blueberries, blackberries and banana in mine do to the high antioxidant content and health benefits, not to mention they’re just downright tasty!
The first time I made this Simply Scrumptious Berry Nice Cream I made it for a cold treat for the Fourth of July so I garnished the top with red raspberries, shredded organic coconut flakes, and blackberries for the red, white, and blue theme but garnish isn’t necessary unless you just want to make it look pretty.
I hope you and your family enjoys this Simply Scrumptious Berry Nice Cream as much as we did and that it makes those hot summer days a little more bearable this year. 🙂
