“Spinach is full of vitamin A and that’s what makes humans strong and healthy.”
(E. C. Segar)
Hey ya’ll! Happy Wednesday! Have you tried my Easy Spinach Dip yet? No?! Well, what are you waiting for?! I gotta say, while I love all of the unhealthy, fattening junk food, thank goodness the Lord had a little mercy on me and put a special taste bud in my mouth that also loves spinach and this Easy Spinach Dip is no exception! I made this for our Fourth of July family BBQ and let me just tell ya, it was a smashing hit if I do say so myself. My husband declared it the best Spinach Dip he’s ever had so I’m calling that a win!
If you’re following a Keto or Low Carb lifestyle, this Easy Spinach Dip is still for you! Skip the crackers and toasted bread for dipping and instead use celery sticks, cucumber slices, carrot sticks, sliced cabbage, sliced radish, broccoli, and cauliflower. Mmmmm…delicious!
Let’s Get Started…
So let’s go ahead and start this party off by grabbing a large mixing bowl and combining: 4 ounces softened cream cheese, 1 cup Real Mayo, and 1 1/2 cups plain, nonfat Greek yogurt.
Once you have the above three ingredients in your mixing bowl, beat them together with an electric mixer until all ingredients are completely smooth and well combined.
Now that’s the way you want it to look! No lumps of cream cheese to be found and it’s all completely smooth.
Once your cream cheese, mayo, and yogurt is mixed and smooth, add in 1 1/2 packets of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix.
Stir the Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix into the other ingredients and then add in 1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt and stir some more.
Now it’s time to add that spinach. Thaw and drain 15 ounces of frozen spinach and then squeeze it in your hand to make sure all of the water has been removed from the spinach. There’s nothing worse than watery spinach dip! Once you’re sure that the water has been removed, add the spinach in to the other ingredients.
Stir the spinach in with the other ingredients until all ingredients are well combined. At this point you can either chill the dip in the fridge for 1-2 hours or serve immediately. Just like that, your Easy Spinach Dip is ready to serve!

Here’s some dipping options that are perfect for this fabulous Spinach Dip: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Sliced Radish, Baby Carrots, Cucumber Slices, Sliced Cabbage, Celery Sticks, Crackers, Toasted Baguettes, Tortilla Chips, Plantain Chips, Falafel Chips.
