Okay, so in case you haven’t picked up on the name of this week’s recipe game, it is All-American themed. Does it get anymore All-American than this Easy Peanut Butter Pie?! In case you’re wondering, that’s a rhetorical question, because we all know there really isn’t anything more American than Peanut Butter.

If you’re a peanut butter lover, I can assure you, this Easy Peanut Butter Pie is worth trying! This is another one of my Granny’s famous recipes and it is absolutely perfect for the summer.

No baking required, just whip the ingredients together and serve immediately or chill in the fridge – it’s the easiest pie you’ll ever make!

Start out by combining 8 ounces of softened cream cheese and 2 tablespoons of milk in a mixing bowl.

Next, add in 8 ounces of thawed Whipped Topping Cool Whip.

Now you just want to add in half of a heaping cup of creamy peanut butter. Any brand will do, guys!

Once you have the cream cheese, milk, Whipped Topping, and peanut butter in the mixing bowl, pull out your electric mixer and whip this on medium speed until all ingredients are well blended and combined.

Once your ingredients are well combined, add in 3/4 cup of Powdered Confectioners Sugar and lightly stir it into the other ingredients.

There will still be some lumps after stirring, so whip the powdered sugar in with the electric mixer on medium/low speed until well combined and no lumps remain.
